Night Fractal

Conceived and Directed by Alexis Macnab

Night Fractal is a multi-disciplinary meditation combining monologue, contemporary dance, performing objects, and story-theater to explore the shape of beginnings across time, space, and story. Drawing from cosmology, chaos theory, personal narrative and creation myth, the script discovers the shared realities within the many ways we understand the idea of origin. Presented at Oberlin College, February 2001, and The Performance Loft, Chicago, IL, February 2003.
